The stone is transported to the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka. Expert gemologists verify the certification, seal the cargo, and activate the full transit insurance policy.
Carrier Handover & Tracking Activation
The sealed cargo is delivered to our premium carrier network (DHL Express, Sri Lanka Post, or USPS). The tracking ledger is synchronized, and your secure portal details are emailed.
Insured Direct Delivery & Handover

Logistics FAQ
How is the gemstone packaged for safety?
Each gemstone is packed in a shockproof, tamper-evident high-density foam capsule. The capsule is placed inside a discrete exterior courier box with no branding or indications of gemstone contents to prevent theft.
What happens if a parcel is lost in transit?
Every shipment is 100% insured under the Sri Lankan National Gem & Jewellery Authority state frameworks and our private logistics insurer. In the highly unlikely event of transit loss, you will be issued a full refund immediately.
Are certificates shipped with the gemstone?
Yes. The physical certificate from NGJA/GIC is secured inside a leather-bound folio and shipped in a separate compartment inside the main parcel envelope.
